So, it was erected in the late 18th century as the primary residence for Belarusian magnate family Valovich, and about a hundred years successfully carried out this function. Then, in the late 19th century, one of the members of the genus Valovich, who at that time owned the palace, lost his family estate in the pool. It was not uncommon in those days. The new owner of the palace was soon handed over to the state for debt. In the interwar period, when the village Svyatsk with the palace was part of Poland is located boarding house for drug addicts. Then, after the war, when the village Svyatsk finally became a part of the BSSR in the local palace located sanatorium for tuberculosis patients. In 2005, the palace was empty. Some time later, in 2009, had slowly begun restoration work, which continues to this day.
Among the buildings within the palace and park ensemble in the village Svyatsk deserves special mention Catholic chapel built here in 1889. The chapel is quite small, but it is also a Belarusian historical monument.
Below is a project of reconstruction of the palace in the village Svyatsk. Like this he will have to look after all the restoration work. Judging by the project is expected to get rid of the third floor attic of the central building of the palace. This decision was apparently motivated by the view that this floor was added in the Soviet era. But the data on this subject are different. In Soviet times, of course doing some work on the third floor, but apparently there was a loft and before the Soviet intervention.
