Vyalikaya Lipa - is a village of Nesvizh district, Minsk region of Belarus. One of the most important sights, attractions and landmarks of the village of Vyalikaya Lipa is the Orthodox church of the Intercession of the Most Holy Theotokos. This temple was built in the village of Vyalikaya Lipa in 1773. According to one version, the church was originally Uniate. The architectural ensemble of the temple in the village of Vyalikaya Lipa adorns and complements many elements, namely: a chapel-burial vault, built in the 19th century; another chapel, which was also erected in the 19th century; a bell tower built in our time. The area around the church is very beautifully landscaped and surrounded by a very remarkable old brick fence with massive columns, which was built in 1833. The church in the village of Vyalikaya Lipa is an active Orthodox church. Today the entire architectural complex of the temple, including a church, two chapels and a fence, is in very good condition. So, the church of the Intercession of the Most Holy Theotokos in the village of Vyalikaya Lipa is an interesting sight, attraction and landmark of Belarus, an important architectural monument of the 18th century, as well as a cultural and historical value of the country.
One more, no less important attraction of the village of Vyalikaya Lipa is the fragments of the manor complex. The estate in the village of Vyalikaya Lipa in the era of its heyday, at the end of the 19th century, included not only a manor house, but also several dozen outbuildings and secondary buildings. The central building of the estate, namely a one-story manor house or even a small palace, has not survived to our time. Most of the surviving buildings that previously belonged to the estate in the village of Vyalikaya Lipa were built at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. Among the surviving manor buildings in the village of Vyalikaya Lipa, there are the following: a horse stable with gate (brama), a side palace building or an outhouse, a barn and a brovar (distillery), built in 1926. All of these buildings today are in a state of disrepair, but still relatively strong.
Special attention of tourists and travelers deserves a barn and a brama-stable, which are part of the estate complex in the village of Vyalikaya Lipa. The barn is interesting in that its main facade is made of bricks in a rather sophisticated style, especially by the standards of outbuildings, while the bulk of the building is built of wood. Brama-stable is interesting by the very fact of its existence. The fact is that the combination of a stable and an entrance gate within one building, and such a laconic and successful one, when the elements of this building not only perfectly combine with each other, but also complement each other well, is a very rare, if not unique, phenomenon. Thus, the manor complex in the village of Vyalikaya Lipa is also an interesting sight and landmark of Belarus, an important architectural monument and cultural and historical value of the country.
