Vidzy - is a village of Braslaw district, Vitebsk region of Belarus. The main attraction of the village Vidzy is the Catholic church of the Nativity Virgin Mary, built here in 1914. Historically, this church is known by the title of the Holy Trinity. Under this name it is mentioned in the State list of historical and cultural values, and a number of other sources. However, due to the fact that now the temple is in possession of the parish of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, then today this temple is called the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
The church in the village Vidzy was built on the donations of people from 1909 to 1914 of red brick in the Gothic Revival style. During the First World War it was seriously damaged, as it towers housed inspection items and for them, respectively, was conducted aimed fire. In the 20s of the 20th century the church was restored.
