Svietlahorsk district of Gomel region of Belarus has several important architectural monuments and landmarks. Most of them are located in the city of Svietlahorsk, this church, picturesquely nestled on the banks of the Berezina, and several Orthodox churches and other historical buildings. In Svietlahorsk district also in other villages and towns have been preserved some of the sights and architectural monuments, mostly small churches, manor houses and other historic buildings. Some temples have been built in recent times.
