Sharashova - is a large village of Pruzhany district, Brest region of Belarus. In the village Sharashova survived several interesting landmarks and attractions. All the attractions of the village Sharashova are part of the Christian heritage of Belarus. The most interesting and unusual attractions Sharashova village is a wooden belfry was built in 1799. This bell tower was built next to the Orthodox church of the mid 18th century, which, unfortunately, has not survived. In contrast to the bell tower, which today is in very good condition. Another attraction of the village Sharashova is the Catholic church of the Holy Trinity, built in the mid 19th century. On the territory of the church are very remarkable ancient tombs and chapels.
However, in the village Sharashova there is also another, and two Orthodox churches. In the center of the village is located the first of them - the church of St. Nicholas. This temple was built in 1873. Already mentioned Catholic and Orthodox churches are located close to each other. Thus, they form a very remarkable and typical architectural ensemble of Belarus, reflecting its history, culture and mentality. Finally, there is in the village Sharashova another interesting attraction. Namely, a small wooden Orthodox church of Saints Peter and Paul, whose construction dates back to 1824. Currently, the church serves as a chapel, and, unfortunately, is in a state far from the ideal. This chapel is located in the local cemetery. Bell tower and all the temples of the village Sharashova are interesting architectural monuments, cultural and historical values in Belarus.
