Mosar - is a village of Hlybokaye district, Vitebsk region of Belarus. The main attraction of the village of Mosar is the Catholic church of St. Anne. This temple was built in 1792. This church is well known in Belarus and abroad. The fact that the church in the village of Mosar, this is not just an ordinary parish church, even if it is very old and beautiful. Today the splendor of the church in the village of Mosar and the surrounding area has become a reality thanks to the inexhaustible energy of one man - the priest Juozas Bulka (1925 - 2010), who came to serve in the village of Mosar in 1989. It is thanks to his efforts and under his leadership, or even directly to his hands, was created by the majority of the above objects. He also directed the restoration of the church and bell tower. But the priest Juozas Bulka was engaged not only architectural objects, he also worked on his parishioners. Through this work, the village Mosar become a zone of total sobriety, and it's just unheard of phenomenon in Belarusian villages. Parishioners also actively helped their priest in the works of the church and the adjacent territory, and help the labor and material. For the development of spirituality of Pope John Paul II promoted Juozas Bulka title "Canonic". In 2005, the priest was the first priest of the Roman Catholic Church in Belarus, which was awarded the state award "For Spiritual Revival". A 2006 presidential decree priest Juozas Bulka for many years of selfless work for the strengthening of spiritual values and the promotion of healthy lifestyles was also awarded the Medal of Francis Skaryna.
