Kuraniec - is a big village of Vileyka district, Minsk region of Belarus. The main architectural landmark of the village of Kuraniec is the Orthodox church of Nativity of the Virgin Mary. This stone church was erected in the center of the village of Kuraniec in the second half of the 19th century. The exact date for the completion of the construction of the temple is unknown, it is known only that it was built before 1880. The area around the church is fenced with a stone fence. The central entrance is decorated with an old stone brama (gate).

The church in the village of Kuraniec was closed after World War II. Then for some time the building of the temple was used as a warehouse. In the early 1990's, the church in the village of Kuraniec was returned to the faithful, after which it was restored and renovated. To date, this functioning Orthodox church in the village of Kuraniec is in good condition and is an interesting landmark of Belarus.
