Bielaja Carkva

Bielaja Carkva (the village name is translated from Belarusian as the White Church) - is a village of Chashniki district, Vitebsk region of Belarus. The main attraction of the village Bielaja Carkva are the ruins of Trinity Church, which once was really white. This church was built back in 1598. Trinity Church in the village Bielaja Carkva is more important for the history and culture: a unique fragment of a building of the early Baroque. In its original form the ruins of the church only in the world have survived from the time when in Italy the elements of this style only began to emerge.

In addition, the temple is located in a very picturesque place - on a hill surrounded on three sides by a large lake. Thus, the Trinity Church in the village Bielaja Carkva is a valuable architectural monument, an important historical and cultural value and interesting sights of Belarus. The cultural value of Trinity Church recognized by the government: restoration included in its government program, but the restoration work has not yet begun.
