Dokshytsy - is a town of Vitebsk region of Belarus, the administrative center of the Dokshytsy district. The main attraction of the city Dokshytsy is the Orthodox church of the Intercession, which was built from 1900 to 1903. The church was built in the center of the city of rubble stone and brick. It is a monument of architecture of the retrospective-russian style. In 2003, during the restoration work, the wall painting of the beginning of the 20th century was restored. The church of the Intercession in Dokshytsy is not very big, it is well restored and fully functioning as a temple. The church in the town of Dokshytsy is an architectural monument of the early 20th century, a historical and cultural value and an interesting landmark of Belarus.
